			<p>Dolaskom proljeća, kada se priroda budi, dani postaju duži, a mirisi svježine i zelenila ispunjavaju zrak – pravo je vrijeme za uživanje u autentičnim okusima domaće kuhinje. Upravo takav doživljaj, po drugi put na prostoru Baranje, a <em>u organizaciji Hrvatskih šuma</em>, očekuje posjetitelje gastro manifestacije „Dani Divljači – lov na gurmanske užitke“, koja će se održati u proljetnom periodu od <strong>20. do 22. ožujka </strong>u vremenu <strong>od 09.00 do 21.00 sati</strong> u <strong>Lovačkom domu „Zlatna Greda“</strong> u srcu Baranje.</p>
<p>Zbog ograničenosti kapaciteta svoj dolazak potrebno je prethodno najaviti na broj <strong>099 527 0623</strong> ili na broj <strong>091 907 4795.</strong></p>
<p>Nakon uspješno održanog jesenskog izdanja u Delnicama, Bjelovaru i na Jankovcu prošle godine, „Dani Divljači“ nastavljaju svoju gastronomsku priču proljetnim izdanjem u Baranji – poznate po bogatoj tradiciji, netaknutoj prirodi i vrhunskoj eno-gastro ponudi.</p>
<p>Posjetitelje očekuju jela pripremljena prema tradicionalnim recepturama, s naglaskom na kvalitetne sastojke i autentične okuse divljači. Na meniju će se tako naći:</p>

<p>bijeli luk, sol, šareni papar u zrnu, vegeta, peršin i hladne vode da pokrije količinu mesa koju ćete kuhati kako bi meso bilo meko i sočno. <p>U lonac veličine 10 litara nalije se mineralne voda u količini dovoljnoj da pokrije dno lonca u koji se doda na sitno nasjeckan crveni luk. Pustimo luk da se dinsta do kada ne otpusti i poprimi blago žućkastu boju. Zatim dodajemo đuveč i začinsku papriku te pustimo da se sve sjedini i otpusti svoje sokove. Dodajemo na kockice narezano meso (koje je prethodno bilo 24 sata u marinadi) i kosti divljači s kojih smo skinuli meso te ostavimo da se sve skupa kratko krčka. Uliti u lonac vruće vode onoliko koliko je i mesa (ne više kako gulaš ne bi bio previše rijedak). Ukoliko pretjerate s vodom možete spasiti jelo tako da umutite zapršku, ali najbolje bi bilo kada bi se to moglo zaobići.</p>
<p>Dužina kuhanja odnosno dinstanja ovisi o starosti mesa, no otprilike 2 sata dovoljno je da jelo bude gotovo (procijenite sami po mekoći mesa).</p>
<p><strong>Savjeti plus</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>nemojte jelo miješati prečesto jer kuhača „razbije“ meso u manje komadiće pa će vam gulaš djelovati kao da je prekuhan;</li>
<li>kada dodajete meso na vatru nemojte dodavati puno vode da bi ono zadržalo punoću okusa;</li>
<li><em>Zašto mineralna voda umjesto ulja?<br />
</em>Zbog nepotrebnog sakupljanja masnoće tijekom kuhanja.<em><br />

<li><em>Zašto ljuta mljevena paprika umjesto feferona?<br />
</em>Jer feferoni puste svoju ljutinu nakon kuhanja pa gulaš ispadne preljut.<em><br />

<p>Smještena u prekrasnom okruženju bilogorskih šuma, lovačka kuća Babinac nudi specijalitete koji slave bilogorsku lovačku tradiciju, a u sklopu ove manifestacije treba istaknuti sljedeće: <em>lovački kotlić (paprikaš), lovačka tjestenina, pljeskavica od divljači,  burger i ćevapčići od divljači, divlje prase pod pekom, jelenski medaljoni u umaku od gljiva i crnog vina. </em></p>

Razlikuje se po vrsti, okusu i nutritivnim vrijednostima u odnosu na meso domaćih životinja što doprinosi njenoj specifičnosti i popularnosti u gurmanskim krugovima.</p>
<p><strong>Vrste divljači</strong></p>
<p>Divljač se najčešće dijeli na krupnu i sitnu divljač. Krupnu divljač čine veće životinje poput jelena, divlje svinje, srne, muflona i medvjeda, dok sitnu divljač predstavljaju zec, fazan, jarebica, prepelica, patka i druga manja pernata divljač. Meso divljači ili divljačina obuhvaća širok spektar okusa, ovisno od vrste životinje, njenog načina ishrane i staništa. Na primer, jelensko meso je tamno, intenzivnog ukusa i bogato hranljivim sastojcima, dok je meso divlje svinje masnije i aromatičnije.</p>

<p>Jedna od glavnih karakteristika divljači je njen bogat, zemljan i intenzivan okus koji potječe od prirodne ishrane životinja. <p><strong>Priprema divljači</strong></p>
